This sweet baby was the pride and joy of my whole toy collection.

As such, it is absolutely pristine. With a little dusting, I'm talking like museum quality.

There are no broken parts, scratches, dents, or chips. The stickers are all flat, smooth, non-faded, and perfectly placed.

There are grates running through the center of the building where you were supposed to dump Ectoplasm slime through. Nuh-uh. No way. I didn't even like to touch that crap, let alone pour it through my favorite toy. Not even once, for science.

Also included is the Containment Unit and Ghost Trap, that can be used together to trap ghosts and... contain them.

When this was new, it came in a brown cardboard box that had a large, flashy sticker that covered two sides of it, announcing to the world what was inside. When I got it that fateful Christmas, I cut off the colorful sides of the box and saved them. That cardboard flap is also included in this package. (It's not pictured here, but it's pictured in the other large lot of Ghostbusters toys I'm selling this week. Check my other auctions.)

Because this is a large and relatively fragile item, I am requiring the winning bidder to buy insurance. If the post office drops a piano on it, I'd hate for nobody to be compensated for the loss of such a cool playset.

This is an awesome toy. It deserves a better home than my mom's attic. Give it one.
