How is it that Saturday morning cartoons get made out of R rated movies full of blow-job humor?

This lot includes four toys from this inexplicable TV series that I can't remember watching even one time.

From left to right:
Officer Sweetchuck with Fire Hydrant costume (no doubt used for hilarious dog pee comedy)
"Crash Cycle" (the yellow flag on the back is broken, but included. A little glue can fix that, no problem.)
A Cat burglar (Complete with CAT! This show must have been a riot!)
Officer Zed (With an unexplained set of severed human hands hanging around his neck)

I dunno. Maybe you can have them arrest Skeletor or something.
