So you can't decide if you want to be Freddy or Jason for Halloween this year? Why not be both with the award winning Freddy vs. Jason Halloween costume!

You may have seen this costume at the unveiling of the new Freddy and Jason figures at the Hollywood Wax Museum in January 2004 (pictures of me wearing the costume appeared on several popular horror news web sites). At that event, Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund himself called this costume "very creative" and awarded it a special prize on sight.

In addition to the awards given at the Wax Museum, this costume also took a $100 cash prize in a Los Angeles costume contest last year. With rumors of a sequel in the works, Freddy and Jason are just as hot as ever this Halloween. If you play your cards right, this suit could win your local costume contest this year. It could end up paying for itself!

This costume was hand made for standard Halloween use. It's held together with a lot of duct tape and messy stitching, but is more than durable enough for party or Haunted House use. I wouldn't recommend trying to do a triathlon in it or anything.

Because this is a completely custom made costume, the size is a bit difficult to determine. The suit was designed to fit me, and does quite well. I am of average build, about 5'9", with a 32" waistline. Due to the bulky nature of the costume, there is some leeway for someone slightly smaller or larger.

The jumpsuit is constructed in ONE PIECE. That means that it is very easy to slip on in a bathroom stall when you get to your costume contest. I speak from experience. The "VS" letters attach with Velcro, so they are easy to detach. I designed them this way so that you could wear a seat belt without crushing them (although I don't recommend driving in this suit).

There is a little bit of dried makeup on the inside/backside of the hat/mask. This is not visible when the headgear is being worn, but I'm just trying to be complete in my description.
